- Open the booking site of Hotel Stykkishólmur: Booking site
- Select the dates of the conference 16–20 November and press “Search”. Conference dates may not be available to select if “Book now” is selected, instead enter the dates like shown in the following image.
- If the following banner pops up, just press X to close it.
- Enter the Promo code: ELISA2026 and click “Apply”
- All available rooms for the conference will be displayed. Note that booking with the Promo code is open from 14–22 November in case any attendees want to add an extra night/s to their stay.
- Each room booking includes breakfast.
- Prices between the same room type vary depending on the number of people due to the breakfast fee.
- To each room, a room fee of 800 ISK will be charged per night per room.
